Statement as of 3:21 PM CST on November 22, 2009

... Dense fog advisory in effect from 1 am to 9 am CST Monday
for northern portions of the brush country and the northern
coastal plains...

The National Weather Service in Corpus Christi has issued a dense
fog advisory... which is in effect from 1 am to 9 am CST Monday.

Areas of fog will develop late this evening and increase in coverage
overnight. The fog will become dense in many areas... leading to
visibilities less than one quarter mile.

Motorist should allow for extra time to reach their destination
during early morning morning.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A dense fog advisory means that fog has reduced visibilities to
one-quarter of a mile or less for 2 or more hours.
