... Locally dense fog developing across the area...

Areas of fog will continue to develop across the area this evening
and persist throughout the night. Fog will become locally dense in
some locations... reducing visibility to one quarter of a mile or
less. Foggy conditions will persist through the mid morning hours
on Sunday before gradually lifting.

Dense fog will cause rapid changes in visibility over short
distances. Use extra caution if you encounter fog while driving
tonight.
