2 to 4 inches of snow is expected to fall over the Okanogan Valley and Highlands beginning this evening and continuing through midday Sunday. For the Okanogan Valley precipitation may start in the form of rain before changing over to snow overnight. The highest accumulations will occur above 2000 feet impacting the Republic... Inchelium... and Wauconda areas. The surrounding mountains will receive 4 to 6 inches of snow.
The snow will taper off by Sunday afternoon.
