Wind Advisory
Statement as of 2:05 PM PST on November 21, 2009

... Wind Advisory in effect from 10 PM this evening to 7 am PST
Sunday...

The National Weather Service in Medford has issued a Wind
Advisory... which is in effect from 10 PM this evening to 7 am PST
Sunday.

A developing storm system will usher sustained southwest winds of
35 to 40 mph and higher gusts of 45 mph over much of Lake County late
tonight into Sunday morning. Highway 31 will especially be
impacted by this wind event.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Wind Advisory means that winds of 35 mph are expected with
higher gusts possible. Winds this strong can make driving
difficult... especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra
caution.
