Total snow fall over the northern Blue Mountains of Oregon and the northwest Blue Mountains in Washington is expected to reach 7 to 12 inches. Most of this snow will accumulate this morning through this afternoon. Additionally... sustained winds of 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph at pass levels will result in areas of blowing snow with local visibility reductions down to one-quarter mile of less at times.
