Precipitation will move north to northeast around 35 mph and impact Sedan...Nara Visa...San Jon...Tucumcari...melsrose...Dora and Kenna. Rainfall amounts through 1200 PM MDT will range from one quarter to one half of an inch...although locally higher amounts are possible. In addition...anticipate north to northeast winds of 15 to 25 mph... with gusts up to 35 mph. This should create moderate to strong cross winds along Interstate 40 as well as wind chill values ranging from 32 to 45 degrees.
