High pressure over the waters tonight will move into New England Sunday. Low pressure will develop off the mid-Atlantic coast Monday before moving slowly up the East Coast Monday night into Tuesday. High pressure will build over the waters late Tuesday into Wednesday...but a cold front will pass through late in the week. A Small Craft Advisory may be warranted Sunday night through Monday night.
