Strong low pres over eastern Quebec and large high pres over the plains will continue to generate a brisk W wind across the coastal waters. Fri night a gale center will develop S of Georges Bank and then race N across Nova Scotia Sat. High pres will then build from the mid Atlc waters N into New England. The high will move offshore Mon...then low pres will exit the Great Lakes Mon night and redevelop near Long Island Tue. The low will then move NNE into New England.
