This rainfall will mainly affect locations along and east of a line from many Louisiana...to Ringgold...to El Dorado Arkansas. Expect rainfall amounts to range from a few hundredths of an inch... to a tenth of an inch through 7 PM. Isolated quarter inch...to one half inch amounts are possible over portions of central Louisiana.

the Ouachita River at Felsenthal.
* Until further notice... or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 10:00 am Saturday the stage was 82.9 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 70.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river will continue to fall to a stage of 82.6 feet
by tomorrow morning.

The Flood Warning continues for
the Ouachita River at Thatcher lock and dam near Calion.
* Until further notice... or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 7:00 am Saturday the water elevation was 84.2 feet and slowing falling.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood elevation is 79.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river will continue to fall to an elevation of 83.6
feet by Sunday morning.
