At 8 am PDT...a 1034 mb high was 400 nm west of Cape Mendocino extending to a 1038 mb high over northeast Nevada. A 1012 mb low was along the coast of baja 400 nm south of San Diego with a surface trough extending northwest along the shoreline to Point Conception. Moderate offshore flow will continue through Tuesday morning decreasing Tuesday afternoon.
